The Digital SkillShift project aimed to equip job seekers and companies with the necessary digital skills in times of digital transformation. More than 300 people in France, Italy and Germany were trained in the use of digital platforms and tools for office work, thus improving their chances on the labor market.
The evaluation report summarizes the steps of the project, presents the training approaches and evaluates the results.
