First Transnational Partner Meeting of "CyberMe"

The first transnational partner meeting of the Erasmus+ CyberMe project took place on November 25 and 26, 2025, in Berlin. The Digital Opportunities Foundation hosted the event and is also responsible for coordinating the project.

All six partner organizations from Bulgaria, Malta, Cyprus, Austria, Italy, and Germany met to successfully launch the project. Together, they agreed on the project roadmap and laid the foundation for achieving the project's goal: to empower young women with the necessary skills and confidence for a career in cybersecurity and to promote gender diversity in the industry.

The most important results of the intensive working sessions included:

  • Gaining valuable insights from an on-site panel discussion with cybersecurity experts on the topic of “Women in Cybersecurity,” which will be incorporated into the CyberMe Launchpad program
  • Defining the strategy for the content of the CyberMe Launchpad program, which combines hands-on learning and interactive exercises to motivate young women to pursue careers in cybersecurity

With this successful launch, CyberMe is now entering the implementation phase of its planned activities to increase the visibility of women in the cybersecurity industry.
