Evaluation Mixopolis

Project

The portal www.mixopolis.de was initiated by Schulen ans Netz e.V. and is aimed at youths with a migration background as well as qualified educational workers. The main focus lies on understanding the intercultural competencies of the youths as an asset to the job market. Digital teaching and information offers, for example video-interviews or simulation of applicant selection, are meant to help increase the chances of youths with a migration background for finding or transitioning into apprenticeships and trainings.
