Project

The AMeLiE project was an Erasmus+ project from September 2020 to February 2023 with the aim of supporting schools and teachers in dealing with hate speech.

The project developed a free learning platform for teachers with a variety of teaching materials, worksheets, further information on hate speech, cyberbullying and fake news, and the possibility to exchange with other teachers from all over Europe.

In this paper, the success of the AMeLiE project was finally evaluated and guidelines for the transferability of the methodology were formulated.

In addition, recommendations for policy makers and stakeholders on how to deal with hate speech were formulated based on the experience gained during the project.
